Group Discussion is a interview process or group of activity. The main purpose of Group Discussion is to select the prospective candidates in a comparative prospective.This kind of interview process used to conduct in colleges,organizations by the interviewer. In this Interview Process the group of candidates is given a topic by panel and he also give time to think about the topic for few minutes then panel asked start the discussion about the topic among themselves around 15 minutes.

1) Communicate well:

When you start topic be clear with your point and communicate well. You should start words like I strongly agree or disagree and then use words like I would like to add to Mr.abc point

2)  Allow Others to Speak:

After start topic everyone ready to speak, come across as a team player and engaging everyone in the discussion rather than being dominant. Do not interrupt anyone in between while speaking.

3) Be updated:

You should be updated with the latest news. You just read news papers everyday and prepare yourself some topics that might be useful for your feature. If you have no idea about the topic just wait for the others to talk and get some points from them. Then start your points in confident way.

4) Keep eye contact while speaking:

This is good hobby to keep eye contact with every team member while speaking. It says you are very much confident about what you discussing.

5) Be a Good Listener:

You must be a good listener,while others speaking listen very carefully. Try to know the name of people in your group so that you can mention their names while you start speech.

6) Speak Sensibly:

While you speaking used quote some authors and relate the topic to current trends or happenings. So, add value to the discussion.

7) Think before you answer:

When you want start the points be clear with your points and communicate well with confident way and think twice before you answer.

8) Make a confident ending:

Before closing your point give some confident ending that makes you successful in the GD.
