In this post, i am sharing placement paper for TCS Company which is held in Bangalore recently. These Interview Questions and to know interview pattern is very useful for all Tech Developers. Let us start How the interview pattern in TCS.

1) Online Test
2) Technical Round
3) HR Round
4) Managerial Round

1) Online Test (or) Aptitude Test:

In this Online Test 30 quantitative questions to be solved in 80 mins.The level of questions was quite challenging and hard.80 mins are enough to solve all the questions but if you solve only 65% questions correctly, you are through.

You must prepare the following topics for Aptitude:

a) Boats and Streams
b) Average
c) Time and Distance
d) Problems on Trains
e) Venn diagrams
f) Blood relations
g) chain Rule

The Verbal Test:


The email writing part had a duration of 10 mins in which you have to read the instructions carefully. Don not change the form and punctuation of the words given in the question.You should try to write your E-mail with word count 70-80 words and complete it in 8 mins.

Next Technical Round divided into 3 Rounds:

2) Technical Round:

Questions:

• introduce yourself
• Questions on Project related
• Questions related to CSE(Computer Science)
• what is abstraction?
• what is encapsulation in Java?
• What is synchronization?
• difference between abstract class and interface in java?
• difference between truncate(),delete() and drop in sql?
• what is primary key and foreign key?
• can you write a query to update salary of employee?
•  Why TCS?
• Why you want to join in TCS? why not other company?
• Have you enough knowledge about IT

Note: Give them answer with smiley


3) HR Round:

Questions:

• Introduction yourself
• Family Background
• Can you relocate if i would hire
• Can you work under pressure
• Do you have any question?

4) Managerial Round:

Questions:

• Area of interests 
• Policy of TCS
• What do you know about TCS?
• If your manager wants to you work on holidays? can you?
• Where do you see after 5 to 7 years?

Note: Be prepare well for Aptitude Test and be smart while giving the answers. ALL THE BEST.
