Introduction to Java

Java is an Object Oriented Programming Language was developed by James Gosling at Sun Micro systems in 1995. Now it as acquired by Oracle Corporation.

Java is a Platform independent language. Java Virtual Machine(JVM) is used as an abstraction between the OS and Java programs. This makes java programs highly portable, a java program can run on all supported platforms such as Windows,Linux etc.. without any modifications.

Initially,The main purpose for developing java language is to control consumer electronics devices. On May 23,1995 the java environment was announced by Sun Micro systems. Java is more secure and robust than C and C++.

• Java is a Object Oriented Programming Language 
• Java is Robust , Secured and high level Programming Language
• Java is also called Platform 

Platform:

Java has it's own Platform that is JVM(Java Virtual Machine)  so Once we can develop the Program can run on any Software and Hardware.

As a Beginner should have should where we used java language. The following are the some of the areas where we used java programming  in Real Time Applications.

1) Desktop Applications:

By Using Java Programming Language we can develop Desktop Applications.

Examples: Acrobat Readers,Anti Virus etc...

2) Web Applications:

We can also Develop Web Applications by using Java Programming Language such as FlipKart, Amazon etc...

Examples:  Amazon,flipkart etc..

3) Enterprise Applications:

By using Java Programming Language we can develop enterprise Applications like Banking Applications.

Examples: HDFC,SBI,ICICI etc..

 4) Mobile Applications:

To develop Mobile Applications such we also use Java Programming.This is one of the popular Mobile Application in the world.

Examples: Android Mobiles

5) Embedded Systems:

To develop consumer devices such as Micro woven, routers,micro chips etc..

6) Robotics:

Java Programming Language not following present trend, this language is also used for feature applications such as Robotics

7) Game Applications:

We can develop many Games applications by using java language. Now a day all mobiles have in-built games.

Tips For Video Conferencing Interview

We all know Face to Face interview,live Interviews but Now a days Video Conference Interviews becoming increasingly popular with Employers.The Video Conferencing interview is an ideal component long distance job search and this interview conducts through video conference. In the same time many people can connect from different locations.

 The simplest approach is that the company could use something like a Skype, Google Hangout, Zoom, Blue Jeans, or any one of the million video-conferencing tools online.
This video conference interview just like face to face interview but we use here technology such as Web Camera on your computer,Smart Phone or Laptop.

Prepare Before attend the video conference Interview:

• You need to check your Computer webcam to ensure that is working properly or not
• Wear Bright Colors that would be distinguished on Camera
• Don not ware all light colors  and dark colors because the Camera automatically darken the picture that make your face shadowed.
• If your are attending interview from home then make sure all need software downloaded such as Skype or Google Plus
• Test your Connection and you are Comfort with web camera
• If you Taking Interview Away From Home be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes early  for orientation and equipment and process
• Do not wear flashy Jewelry that will catch the light
• You must setup Skype or Google plus if you are not installed on your computer already
• Must check your Micro Phone and specially your camera being used.
• Keep your Camera close enough to you so that makes surrounds are not visible.

 while Interview Going on You should follow the following things:

• Listen the Interviewer carefully and wait for half second to replay because of the transmission delay.
• Do not move the body  too much this makes the blurry images at the receive end.
• Keep your mobiles in silent mode or switch off  to avoid other Noise Interruption
• Most important thing is Look at the Camera directly on the computer screen.
• You should wear Professional Dress from Top to Bottom.

What should i Follow After Joining New Company

The following things are you should follow:

1. Introducing  Yourself: 

You should say Hello(wishes) with every colleague this makes you impressive and make this as habit. Most Important thing is you must listen what they are telling don't replay at once give sometime to it.

2. Find  The best Friend who have same thinking like as you

In Your everyday Meeting with colleagues find best Friend who can help you in The organization and provide guidance to you. That friend might help you to tell about how the internal process of organization,what are key points in it. he might also  help you who are good people and who do politics in the organization. According that you should take care of your job from those politics people.

3. However,You are the new kid in that company,  you must be careful with your boss.

    You should fallow office hours what the company set the time. Be calm,at your work and move people around to suit your requirements. Apply your insights, change structure based on company rules,method of work.

4. Observer and listen what your colleague says for first couple of weeks. 

Try to Understand new people,their passion,restrictions,motivations.At the same time understand about company culture. If you understand terms,policy and department strategy then you can settle in company early more than you expect.


5. Don't miss your former colleagues

 The first week of the new job is the perfect time to reach out colleagues from previous job.
If you get back to reconnect with your old friends then you should get some new ideas from them and ask them connect with them through LinkedIn community.

6. Listen carefully whatever comes in your way


The best place to make new friend is lunch spot. You can also open up with new friends and ask them who are key roles in the company. You must aware of your roles and responsibilities, work environment. Interact with the team  and understand them individually.

1) Online Test (or) Aptitude Test:

In this Online Test 30 quantitative questions to be solved in 80 mins.The level of questions was quite challenging and hard.80 mins are enough to solve all the questions but if you solve only 65% questions correctly, you are through.

You must prepare the following topics for Aptitude:

a) Boats and Streams
b) Average
c) Time and Distance
d) Problems on Trains
e) Venn diagrams
f) Blood relations
g) chain Rule

The Verbal Test:


The email writing part had a duration of 10 mins in which you have to read the instructions carefully. Don not change the form and punctuation of the words given in the question.You should try to write your E-mail with word count 70-80 words and complete it in 8 mins.
